In order for a TAA account to be created, the following items are required:
- Valid Teach ID: 7 digit TEACH ID number (Please drop leading zeros ex. 001234567 to 1234567).
- Staff Snapshot Record: A Staff Snapshot record must be reported to the State Data Warehouse (Level 2) before any other staff record type for that person can be reported. A valid Teacher record authorizes the staff person to create a TAA account.
