Making Changes to the ePMF Form

You will have the opportunity to edit data you entered on the ePMF form if you have "saved" the form. 

When you finalize your form by clicking on "Save and Submit," your form will be locked. Changes to your information can be made before the January/February  deadline by contacting an administrator.

The diagram below illustrates what portions of the ePMF form are completed by the district and the teacher. If there is an error in reporting, please contact your administrator.
